We are on a mission to create wholesome and sustainable meals that support nourishing lifestyles, fully committed to changing lives and building a new healthy world.
Our story >

Sustainable products from local farmers and small producers

We believe in real food. Fully aware that reaching for a 100% organic diet is impossible (and probably not that beneficial to our planet), we pick our battles wisely, while striving for balance and sustainability. We choose our farmers, suppliers and ingredients carefully, in search of organic grains, cage-free chicken eggs, local and seasonal fruits and vegetables, and protein rotation.

Zero Waste

We carefully manage our stocks and products, offering fresh fruits and vegetables every day, cooking them to make soup or blending them to make juice on the next day, and prepping just enough food to meet our demand without having excess that might go to waste. We collect all organic leftovers to make compost, giving back to our lands and fields the nutrients they so much need.

Zero Plastic

Disposable plastic poses a huge threat to nature, causing massive destruction to our wildlife, natural systems and to our health. Slash was created with a plastic-free mindset, committed to lead by example and to educate our communities on better waste-reducing practices such as using large reusable crates for shopping, choosing compostable take-away items, making bulk purchases and reusing suppliers’ containers.
